Comprehensive 10 Stage Cleaning Process
Pre-vacuum
All areas that are to be cleaned are pre-vacuumed in order to get rid of any loose soils.
Moving of Furniture
In order to clean your carpet some of the furniture may need to be moved. (Please see ‘Do you Move Furniture’ section for further information) We use protective foils and blocks to place under furniture legs to protect against colour transfer and rust spots.
Pre-Conditioning and Pre-Stain Treatment
Your carpets or upholstery will be treated with a safe and powerful pre-spray and conditioner. This pre-spray will aid by emulsifying and suspending the ingrained dirt, grime and soil. This is particularly significant in the areas of your home or business that have high traffic. Additionally we pre-treat stained areas using solutions relevant to the required task. We only use products that are the best available.
Agitation
Once applied the pre-spray is then agitated by our powerful agitation machine in order to loosen deeply embedded soils. This will also assist in raising dents or crush marks from heavy foot traffic and furniture.
Rinse and Extraction
At this stage we start extracting the solutions by thoroughly rinsing your carpet/upholstery. Particular care is taken to ensure a strict regulation of pressure and heat ensuring that all dirt, grime and soil is extracted and that your carpets/upholstery do not become too wet.
The Neutralization Process
Traditionally residue left behind in the carpet fibers makes them sticky and allows them to appear dirty much faster.
In order to prevent this your carpets/upholstery are then hot rinsed with a pH balanced product. This stage prevents any sticky residue from being left behind, ensuring that you are left with the cleanest, softest and most residue free carpets/upholstery possible. This ensures that your carpets/upholstery not only stay cleaner for longer but colours are left looking vibrant, sharp and sparkling clean.
Protection Treatment (Additional Cost)
By using our Teflon protection treatment your carpets/upholstery repel and resist, dirt, grime and spillages. As such your carpets/upholstery will last longer, be easier to clean and stay clean up to twice as long as unprotected carpets/upholstery. Please note this treatment requires up to 12 hours curing/drying time and will incur an additional cost.
Grooming
Your carpets are then groomed to aid in raising the crushed pile from heavy foot traffic. This also allows better air flow through the carpet fibres, resulting in a quicker drying process. The pile of the carpet must be also be set whilst damp.
Turbo Drying
We then use powerful fans that are specially designed to force air over the areas that have been cleaned, resulting in extremely quick drying times and minimal disruption. In most cases areas that we have cleaned are completely dry by the time we leave the job. This convenience is obvious and commonly used areas in your home or business are put back into use as soon as possible after cleaning. We then replace furniture and if necessary use protective foils to prevent transfer from furniture too carpet.
Post Inspection
We will then walk you through your property (wearing shoe covers) so that you can inspect our work and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the cleaning that has been carried out. Any issues are ironed out whilst we are still on site.
